The Risk Reduction Program is commonly called “DUI School”.  The program helps reduce risk for alcohol and drug related problems.

20 Hour Class
___________________________________

Under Georgia law, the reinstatement of a driver's license for individuals convicted of alcohol or drug offenses requires completion of an approved Alcohol/Drug Risk Reduction program. The following are components necessary to receive the Certificate of Completion required for reinstatement of a driver's license:

ASSESSMENT COMPONENT

To enroll in the Risk Reduction program, each individual must take an assessment.  It is NOT a test that someone passes or fails. The assessment takes approximately 30-45 minutes and the fee is $75.00.  Our offices are open week days Monday-Friday for assessments.

INTERVENTION COMPONENT

Next, the individual will attend the actual 20 hour program at the location where the assessment was administered. The fee for class and book is $205.00.  Upon successful completion of the Risk Reduction Program, the student will be issued the Certificate required by the Department of Driver Services for license reinstatement.
